Any money withdrawn from the insured deposit is no longer protected by PIDM if transferred to a:
(a) a deposit account payable outside Malaysia;
(b) a deposit account held by a financial institution conducting Labuan banking business or Labuan Islamic banking business;
(c) a deposit account held by a non-DTM; or
(d) a non-deposit account (e.g. unit trust scheme, security trading, credit facility).
