We are informed by the building management of Wisma Golden Eagle Realty (“Wisma GER”)
that all the sanitization works at South Block, Wisma GER had completed in accordance
to the recommended hygiene practices and access to South Block, Wisma GER is now allowed.

Additionally we have also taken steps and public safety measures by performing additional
thorough sanitization of our office floors at South Block (Ground Floor, Mezzanine Floor,
Level 3 and Level 6) and West Block (Level 14).
