Implementation of E-Invoice effective from 1 July 2025
In support of the nation-wide initiative in improving the efficiency of Malaysian tax administration, China Construction Bank (Malaysia) Berhad (“CCB Malaysia’) has implemented E-Invoice in compliance with the requirements set forth by Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia (“LHDN Malaysia”). You may refer to LHDN’s FAQs for more details on E-Invoice.
Our relationship manager will reach out to you for information collection to facilitate the E-Invoice initiative or you may download the Consent and Authorisation Form and return the duly completed form to us and/or to our relationship manager.
Take notice that it is important for you to return the duly completed Consent and Authorisation Form to us in order for us to facilitate the issuance of E-Invoice. Failure which, you may not be able to receive any E-Invoice and in such case, CCB Malaysia shall not be held liable for any loss damage liability and/or consequence of any kind which you may sustain or incur as a result of or arising from such non-issuance of E-Invoice.
