Report a Scam or Fraud

Suspect a fraud or scam? Report it immediately to CCBM Fraud Helpline at 03-2160 1999. Assistance is available 24/7.
Please have the following information ready:
a) your name;
b) your NRIC or passport number; 
c) your company name and company registration number (for corporate customers); 
d) affected account number; 
e) date of the disputed transaction; 
f) amount of the disputed transaction; and 
g) reason why you believe that it is a disputed transaction. 

We may request additional information from you to facilitate the investigation process.
