Implementation of E-Invoice effective from 1 July 2025
In support of the nation-wide initiative in improving the efficiency of Malaysian tax administration, China Construction Bank (Malaysia) Berhad (“CCB Malaysia”) has implemented E-Invoicing in compliance with the requirements set forth by Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia (“LHDN Malaysia”). You may refer to our earlier announcement here.
Once again, we would like to remind you that it is important for you to return the duly completed Consent and Authorisation form to us in order for us to facilitate the issuance of E-Invoice. Failure which, we trust that you would have no objection to CCB Malaysia acting in accordance with existing Terms and Conditions of the products and/or services that you may have with CCB Malaysia which permits the disclosure of your information to LHDN Malaysia to facilitate E-Invoice issuance.
